User Tab

Use this tab to specify user information such as name, office, title, and function for the SAP account.

The fields in this tab are listed below:

First name

Specifies the first name of the user who owns the account.

Rule String: %UF%

Middle Name

Specifies the middle name of the user who owns the account.

Last Name

Specifies the last name of the user who owns the account.

Rule String: %UL%

This is a required field.

2nd Last Name

Specifies the 2nd last name of the user who owns the account, if applicable.

Name at Birth

Specifies the name, at birth, of the user who owns the account.

Initials

Specifies the initials of the user who owns the account.

Signature Initials

Specifies the signature initials of the user who owns the account.

Name prefix

Specifies the prefix of the user who owns the account.

Title

2nd Academic Title

Specifies the 2nd academic title of the user who owns the account.

Nickname

Specifies the nickname of the user who owns the account.

Function

Specifies the function.

Company Key

Specifies the company key of the user who owns the account.
