Use this tab to view information about the mailbox of a user. You can also specify storage limits, retention limits, and Exchange 2007 and 2010 mailbox information.
The fields in this tab are listed below:
Specifies the mailbox location of the user. Choose the Server from the drop-down list.
Specifies the Exchange Server on which the mailbox resides.
Format: Full DN format. For example:
/o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=EXCHSRVER
Note: This is not required for mailbox creation.
Specifies the size of the outgoing message in kilobytes.
When checked, the mailbox storage defaults are used.
Sends a message to the mailbox owner when the storage capacity reaches the specified size.
Prevents the mailbox owner from sending messages when the storage capacity reaches the specified size.
Prevents the mailbox owner from sending or receiving messages when the storage capacity reaches the specified size.
When checked, uses the default for the number of days to retain deleted items. This default is set in Global Settings of the System Manager.
Specifies the number of days to retain deleted items.
Specifies whether items can be permanently deleted before the storage has been backed up.
Specifies the mailbox type for this account or account template. You can choose from the following:
Specifies the Domain Controller of the linked mailbox.
*For Account Templates Only
Specifies the Master Account of the linked mailbox.
*For Account Templates Only
Specifies the Domain Administrator of the linked mailbox.
*For Account Templates Only
Specifies the Administrator Password of the linked mailbox.
*For Account Templates Only
Confirms the Administrator Password of the linked mailbox.
