Account Tab

Use this tab to specify general logonID record information, such as phone number, group ID, and time zone.

The fields in this tab are listed below:

Account ID

Specifies the account ID of the user who owns the account.

Rule String: %AC%

Size/Type: 1-8 alphanumeric characters

This is a required field.

Model after Account ID

Specifies a model account ID. When you specify a model account ID, CA-ACF2 creates a new account ID based on the model. Specify only those fields that differ from the model account ID for the new account ID.

User Name

Specifies the name of the user who owns the account.

Rule String: %UN%

Size/Type: 1-20 alphanumeric characters.

This is a required field.

Phone

Specifies the phone number or extension of the user who owns the account.

Rule String: %UP%

Size/Type: 1-12 alphanumeric characters

Time Zone

Specifies the name of the zone record that defines the time zone from which this user normally accesses the system. The zone record name must already exist.

Size/Type: 3 alphanumeric characters

UID

Specifies the UID assigned to the account.

Password

Specifies the account password.

Rule String: %P%

This is a required field.

Confirm Password

Confirms the account password.

This is a required field

Uppercase New Password

When checked, specifies that the new password is in uppercase

Expire Now

When checked, specifies that the account expires now.

Suspend

Suspends this user. A suspended account ID can no longer access the system. If you have the SECURITY, ACCOUNT, or LEADER privilege, you can check this field to suspend the record or uncheck this field to activate a suspended record.

Cancel

Cancels this user. A canceled account ID can no longer access the system. If you have the SECURITY or ACCOUNT privilege, you can check this field to cancel the record or uncheck this field to activate a canceled record.

Exception Account

When checked, specifies that the account is an exception account.

Current Password is Case Sensitive

Specifies the password is case-sensitive.

Current Password is Temporary

Specifies the password is temporary.
